Mondays – 19:30 to 21:00 – Weekly Embodied Mindfulness, Yoga, Breathing and Relaxation classes. Drop ins and beginners welcome!
Classes are open to all levels, ages, sizes, and abilities – it’s your yoga! The emphasis of these classes is to let go of your day, feel good in your body, and prepare for a good nights’ sleep. We will be doing yoga poses, breathing techniques, deep relaxation with some mindfulness & meditation to deepen the practice.
Cost: You are welcome to drop in to try the class at £15 and then the choice is yours – stay as a drop in or sign up for the term at £12 per class.
Its a 10 week term + 1 extra week (30 October) for the extended evening workshop with Michael Lee.
