Judy is the Course Director and founder of Yoga United Education, a Relax & Renew practitioner who trained with Judith Lasater in restorative yoga, and yoga for anxiety and depression. She is a yoga therapist working with health seekers on physical issues, mental tension and life issues. She is a Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy Practitioner, life mentor and group facilitator. She has written a 550hour professional Yoga Therapy Training for yoga teachers and other health professionals to find a career as a yoga therapist.
