This day offers some practical support in guiding a refreshing change of perspective and transformation through the lens of yoga and applications for yoga therapy.
We will engage the body in enquiry, use mindfulness and meditation for insight, receive a cooling restorative practice, devise personal affirmation and mantra. share ideas and experiences and take away practices to navigate this major life transition.
Yoga therapist and course director, Judy Hirsh Sampath’s gentle, optimistic and trauma-sensitive approach is based on her own experiences and discussion with others.
