an auspicious dusky Sunday when the clocks change to soothe your nervous system and settle the mind.
Here’s a quick audio sample – Feel the contact between your body and the surface supporting you, soften a little into the support.
It’s £25 for a place in the zoom room and I will record the practices so you can download them and listen to them any time you like.
You can show up in your pjs ready for bed.
There will be some movement, stillness, breathing, focusing, affirming practices with some explanation about what we’re doing and why.
Get cozy – you will need a bolster and a pillow/cushion, 2 blankets, an eye pillow, a sandbag if you have one or a 3-5kg bag of rice – be creative, see what you can find to help you find support, comfort and warmth.
