May you be at peace, may you be loved, may you be free – metta loving kindness practices to give thanks for freedom in your body, mind and life.
Soothe your nervous system, settle your mind, and find space to feel into what’s really important to you from your mind, heart and gut.

Here’s a quick audio sample – Feel the contact between your body and the surface supporting you, soften a little into the support.
You can show up in your pjs ready for bed. No yoga or meditation experience necessary, just. desire to find respite from daily life.
There will be some movement, stillness, breathing, focusing, affirming practices with some explanation about what we’re doing and why.
Get cozy – you will need a bolster and a pillow/cushion, 2 blankets, an eye pillow, a strap, sandbag if you have one or a 3-5kg bag of rice – be creative, see what you can find to help you find support, comfort and warmth
