Soothe your nervous system, settle your mind, and allow repair and healing to flow within.
Here’s a quick audio sample – Feel the contact between your body and the surface supporting you, soften a little into the support.
You can show up in your pjs ready for bed.
There will be some movement, stillness, breathing, focusing, affirming practices with some explanation about what we’re doing and why.
Get cozy – you will need a bolster and a pillow/cushion, 2 blankets, an eye pillow, a strap, sandbag if you have one or a 3-5kg bag of rice – be creative, see what you can find to help you find support, comfort and warmth
